Q: What’s the best way to find out about your exhibitions at the French Paper Gallery?
A: The best way would be to come and visit us every three weeks! Other choices would be to subscribe to our newsletter and to follow us on facebook / twitter or to frequently check the gallery’s website : http://frenchpapergallery.com .
Q: What’s the best way to find out about your releases?
A: We usually announce new releases at least a day before the drop through our facebook / twitter accounts. Subscribing to our newsletter will also help. On the day of the sale, we make an announcement via twitter as soon as the items are released on our website!
Q: Can I ask to combine multiple orders together in order to save some money on shipping?
A: The answer is yes if we haven’t shipped any of your orders yet. We will then provide you a discount code valid on your next order. Value of this discount code will be equal to the extra shipping costs you paid.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Sales are at 99% final but you can always contact us if you have an issue.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: We try to ship out all orders as fast as possible, however some orders may take up to one month. If you haven’t received any news from us after one month, please contact us and we will sort it out. Delivery usually takes around 3 days in France, one week or two in Europe and one to three weeks elsewhere in the world.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive an email from Colissimo which is the express delivery service in France. This email will indicate your tracking reference and you will then be able to track your order at : http://www.colissimo.fr/portail_colissimo/suivre.d...
Q: I made an order but I haven’t received any news from French Paper AC.
A: Please check that your mailbox accepts emails from firstname.lastname@example.org or check your spams. If both are OK, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll get back to you shortly.
Q: I'm living in the Paris area. Can I pick up my order at the gallery?
A: Absolutely. Please select the « retrait à la galerie » delivery option and you will receive an email when your order is ready. And wow, you’ll get a chance to meet us and see what we currently have on the walls.
Q: What should I do if I am having troubles placing an order with paypal ?
A: First, try to check the address you indicated on paypal and on our website. These two need to match. Then, if you are using a mobile device, please try on a laptop.
And if you still face problems, please send us an email at email@example.com so that we can book a print for you and we’ll handle a direct invoice.
Q: I received my poster, and it was damaged. Is it possible to get a replacement?
A: Most of the time, for serious damages, yes. Or a refund. As all situations are different one from another, please contact us through emails if you have an issue with your order and we will get you sorted out. Be sure to include your order reference and some pictures of the damages.
Important information: if you notice that your tube is damaged, you should either refuse it or at least notify the damages to your local postman so that we may have a chance to get our insurance working.
Q: Can I update the shipping address on my order?
A: Yes. Please contact us with the new shipping address before your order is shipped.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! Please understand that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive.
