ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

It is first specified that the conditions manage the sales of art works and other products presented on http://www.frenchpaperartclub.com. These terms are the only ones that can be applicable.

ARTICLE 2 – CUSTOMER

To be a Customer of the Website you must be a consumer of legal age and with full legal capacity or to be authorized by your parents to order on the Website. The personal information you give to FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB when opening your customer account or upon any order you may place must be complete, accurate and up to date. FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB would not be responsible for undelivered product should the data prove incorrect. FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB reserves the right to cancel any order should the IP address of the customer be located in a country different from the billing and/or the delivery address.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS

The acceptance of orders placed on our Website http://www.frenchpaperartclub.com is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB. This takes the form of a series of succeeding screen pages indicating the steps to be taken by customers to validate their order. You will have the possibility, before final validation of your order, to verify your order details and the total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it and expressing your acceptance. Every confirmed order applies as a sale contract and an acceptance of all the present stipulations.

Once you have validated your order, FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB will promptly confirm receipt by sending you an e-mail to the address provided to us. In that aim, you formally accept the use of e-mail by FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB to confirm the content of your order. This confirmation e-mail will include all of the information provided by you, as well as the accepted price and terms of payment.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

The prices are indicated in Euros. The VAT rate will be added to this indicated price if it is applicable, as well as delivery charges. The VAT rate indicated on the order form will be the rate applicable on the day of purchase. If the delivery is outside of the European Economic territory, customs and related costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer therefore is asked to verify the conformity of the delivery to the indicated country. If the customer wishes the prices to be converted into another currency, he will advise the FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB company of this wish. FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB can change some prices at any moment but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed during the recording of the orders.

ARTICLE 5 - CONFIRMATION

When you click on the button 'Confirm my order' after the ordering process, you declare that you accept fully and without any reserve your order including the totality of the General Terms of Sales.

The recorded data on www.sergeantpaper.com is a proof for the totality of the transactions done by FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB and its customers. The data recorded by the Bank’s payment system or by the Paypal service account are a proof of the financial transactions.

ARTICLE 6 - AVAILABILITY

Our products are offered in the limit of the available stock.

When a product is not available anymore, it will be displayed “sold out” and you will not have the possibility to order it anymore.

ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY

The FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB company commits itself to deliver the products ordered within 30 days from the time of ordering. If the good is unavailable, the consumer will be notified immediately and can choose to cancel his order. He can then request another product in exchange or reimbursement. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. All complaints must be addressed to the address indicated in article 1. The consumer should verify the general condition of the packaging of the product delivered ; in case of damage, he must indicate this on the order form. He must notify the FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB company with 3 days. In case of nonconformity of the product delivered, the FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB company will exchange the product or reimburse the customer.

In case a customer performs multiple orders, FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB will be entitled to combine shipping into a single package. Customers will then be entitled to request a discount code equal to the saved shipping cost.

ARTICLE 8 - PAIEMENT

For each product offered for sale, the customer has the choice of the following payment options :
- immediate payment by credit card.
- payment by cheque
The customer attests to have the necessary authorisations to make the payment he has chosen. In the case of payment by credit card, the payment can be refused in case of fraudulent use of the card in accordance with the agreement between the customer and his banking institution.

ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the text, commentaries, books, illustrations and images reproduced on the website www.sergeantpaper.com are worldwide reserved to the title of copyrights. To that title and according to the disposals of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is allowed and that under reserve of some more restrictive disposal of the Intellectual Property Code. Every other use can be considered as falsification and punished according to the Intellectual Property Code except for prior FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB agreement. Every total or partial reproduction of the FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB catalogue is strictly forbidden.

ARTICLE 12 - RESPONSIBILITIES

The products offered on www.sergeantpaper.com comply with the French Law. It belongs to you to check with your local authorities your right to import the products you want to buy. The photography and the texts presenting the products are not contractual. As a result, FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB ‘s responsibility could not be engaged in case of mistake in one of these photos or texts. www.sergeantpaper.com cannot be responsible for the non execution of the contract in case of end of stock or unavailability of the product, major force, disturbance or complete strike or restricted postal service and means of transport and communication, flooding, fire.

FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB will not engage any responsibility for any indirect damages, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of chance, damage or fees. Some hypertext links can redirect the user to some other websites. FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB will not engage its responsibility in the case where the content of these sites would not respect the legal dispositions and the rules acting.

The present contract is submitted to French law. The language of the contract is in both languages: French and English. In case of trouble only the French court will be compliant.

ARTICLE 13 - PRIVACY

FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB will not transfer to a third party the private information communicated. This information is confidential. It will be used only by our internal services to treat your orders and to improve and adapt the communication and the cultural offer reserved to the FRENCH PAPER ART CLUB customers.
