Davide Tosello
Italian author and illustrator Davide Tosello develops a luminous, sensitive and deeply narrative universe. His work combines contemporary elegance, graphic softness and a keen sense of detail, with particular attention given to colour, atmosphere and the creation of worlds.
Born in Italy in 1978, Davide Tosello has gradually established himself as a complete artist, equally at ease with drawing, colour and the creation of imaginary worlds. His path has taken him from illustration to video games, then to board games, before finding a distinctive place in comics.
His work stands out through its graphic precision, immediate visual freshness and genuine narrative generosity. Each image seems conceived as a doorway into a larger world, somewhere between adventure, poetry and imagination.
After BLEU au pays des songes, published in France by Glénat / Vent d’Ouest, Davide Tosello continued his journey in comics with Sofia and Maison Croâ Croâ at Dupuis.
