About the artist:

Born in 1972, Julien Delval graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.

He began his career as an illustrator working in the role-playing game industry for Multisim publishing.

Still active in the gaming world, primarily with publisher Days of Wonder, and after a stint in the comic book industry, he now focuses on more personal works. His creations depict ancient, mythological, and fantastical worlds inspired by classical painting and 20th-century imagery.
